The use of the Turkish air space and landing to the Turkish territory of foreign aircrafts as well the as take off of any inactive aircraft will not be permitted unless the fulfillment of the liabilities set forth by these regulations can be proven.
These new regulations also apply to glider- and microlight-aircraft.
